The major diseases which affect people in later life; Alzheimer's, Cancer and Cardiovascular Disease are also rampant for decreasing ones quality of life. These diseases aren’t sudden and have a debilitating affect on the quality of one’s health for one or two decades in some cases.

There are fundamentals that we can implement to offset the detrimental conditions associated with a decline in quality of life. Exercise, sleep and nutrition are the most potent forms of medicine when it comes to achieving and sustaining a health and happy lifestyle.

  • 7-9 hours sleep
